Collect $18 registration
fee from each player or from your sponsor.
($18 is the fee to TI for a member for the next six month period. Any local Club dues are collected in addition to the $18. Of course your local dues are not sent to TI.) |

| * Submit your team roster (minimum of 8 players) and their registration fee to Toastmasters International by September 20th, BEFORE October 1st, and "score a touchdown." File early to be the team to score the FIRST "touchdown." | ||

| * Get the Semi-Annual kit that was mailed to your 2001-2002 President. If (s)he moved, contact TI (1-949-858-8255) immediately to request a duplicate be mailed to a different address! Some forms can also be downloaded through http://www.toastmasters.org/pdf.htm. | ||
| * Set a firm date to start tenaciously collecting dues (or requesting a sponsor check; see next) and a firm date to submit payment and Membership List to TI (by US mail, courier service, or on-line when available)! | ||
| * Corporate and University Clubs that send a sponsor's check need to allow at least 60 days for the accounting department to process and mail your check request; so START EARLIER! (Don't forget to check back on the status by your mailing target deadline.) | ||
| * Community Clubs need to allow at least 45 days to invoice members by mail and start collecting dues during the August and September meetings. | ||

not wait for
"Late Payers."
Send your TI membership roster in "batches"; minimum of 8 players in the first batch. However, if you are able to have all dues and member info completed in the first round, excellent! Go for it! > Circle names of on-time payers as "Paid"; cross out unpaid members and submit the first batch with corrected addresses by your target date. >> Submit Late Paying members by October 10th on a photocopy of the original TI membership roster. Circle the late member's name and mark as "Late Payer." Do NOT submit Late-Paying current members on a New Member Application #400, masked as "Reinstated" as of October, as incorrectly suggested earlier! (Revised 8/15/02 by M.O.T.I.V.E.) |

| * Submit new October members separately from continuing members. | ||
| * Include payment and the names and addresses for any new members that joined in July, August, or September on your Membership List. (July, August, and September new members will not appear on your club's official membership roster from TI that was generated in July.) | ||
| *Check the status of your "touchdown" frequently in the District 30 TAR040 "Semiannual Reports not Processed/Received" report on the "Check your District Performance" page of the Toastmasters.org web site. If your club number is not shown on the TAR040 after October 1st, your Semi-Annual was probably received and processed. (However, if your club was suspended for non-payment of dues during a prior Semi-Annual period, its number will not appear at all.) | ||
| * Submit your 2002-2003 Officer List, by mail, email or on-line if you have not already done so! | ||
