PROFESSIONAL EXECUTIVE COACHES & COACHES IN TRANSITION ONLY CLUB Shar Gildersleeve, who is a Hinsdale native and executive coach, conceived of Coaches Elite in 1999 and the first meeting was held in May, 2002. The Club offers coaches a unique opportunity to develop their speaking skills. Currently there are members ranging from professional speakers such as MSW, LCSW, CADC who holds an advanced Toastmasters certification to Toastmasters who have yet to give their first speech. The group meets the second Wednesday of every month in Hinsdale, Illinois at Wild Oats Market from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. At Coaches Elite, the coach/members are encouraged to stretch their speaking potential. GERMAN-SPEAKING CLUB Das Treffen beginnt immer um 9:30 Uhr morgens am ersten und dritten Sonnabend des Monats, und findet im Des Plaines Public Library 1501 Ellinwood Str. in Des Plaines Illinois, USA statt. Der besondere Zweck dieses einzigartigen Toastmaster Clubs ist die Pflege der deutschen Sprache. Es handelt sich hier um die Aufrechterhaltung der deutschen Sprache für hier ansäßige, deutschsprachige Menschen mit mangelnden oder geringen Möglichkeiten ihre Sprachkenntnisse zu erhalten oder zu erweitern. Als Grundlage verwenden wir die nach den Prinzipien der im Jahre 1924 gegründeten Toastmaster International Clubs und deren Programmbücher. Bei jedem der zwei monatlichen Treffen wird versucht alle anwesenden Mitglieder "auf Deutsch" zu Wort kommen zu lassen. The basis for our work is the Toastmasters system.
